It starts with a management team that, after many years of observing and determining what customers truly need, continuously listens to the changing demands our customers require. The unique Kolar employee structure has never been duplicated at any other design support company in town, consisting of the best design and engineering talent in the area. Kolar employs a well paid, long-term, full-time staff who will be with Kolar for years to come, so you’ll always know the team you are dealing with. Our customers know they can come back to our facility time after time, as projects dictate, and their trusty team, familiar with their standards and preferences, will be available.

Kolar nurtures an unprecedented team environment. Never have so many consultants worked together so closely for the common cause of helping our customers succeed. Not only do the principals oversee each customer’s projects, but also every employee adopts their projects, taking personal responsibility for its success. The Kolar employees will often supplement the customer’s staff by attending meetings, taking part in OEM design reviews, working in the customers CAD department, participating in engineering development, leading engineering projects, or interfacing with manufacturing. In addition, Kolar’s willingness to put in long hours enables us to meet seemingly impossible deadlines.
