Rapid Prototyping

Several prototyping technologies, along with Kolar’s engineering expertise, create accurate prototypes of your parts, directly from developed 3D CAD databases. Within days you can have prototypes in a wide array of materials, such as ABS, Polycarbonate, Nylon, and Polyphenylsufone. Prototypes can also be created from urethane pours that can further enhance a prototypes appearance and function.

Fabrication & Assembly

In addition to direct CAD rapid prototyping processes, Kolar fabricates product assemblies and prototypes. Sheet metal forming, turned parts and machined components are often created and assembled with other specified off-the-shelf products to provide our customers with one-off prototypes, multiple format assemblies, and/or production runs.
